Our Mission
At Britt Bridges Consulting, our mission is to empower educators with the tools, training, and support needed to create inclusive, adaptable, and effective curricula that meets the diverse needs of all students-fostering equity, increasing success, and building stronger, more joyful school communities.
Bio
Kendra Britton, Founder
I founded Britt Bridges Consulting because I believe every student deserves a joyful, affirming, and high-quality education—and every educator deserves the tools and support to make that vision a reality.
Before launching this work, I spent more than 15 years as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and professional development facilitator. In each role, I saw the same challenges repeat themselves: outdated curricula, widening opportunity gaps, and teachers who wanted to do right by their students but weren’t given the training, resources, or time to do so.
Britt Bridges Consulting was born out of a desire to change that. I work alongside schools, districts, and community organizations to:
- Redesign curriculum so it’s inclusive, culturally relevant, and adaptable.
- Facilitate professional development that equips educators with equity-centered strategies they can use right away.
- Provide coaching and systems-level support that help schools sustain lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in equity. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I partner with educators to co-create strategies that honor their communities and meet the diverse needs of their students.
At the heart of this work is a simple conviction: when educators are empowered, students thrive.
